• Patient list of just over 5,500 with low home visits.

• Great support from an experienced permanent clinical team.

• Offering 5-8 sessions per weeks with flexibility on working days and timings.

• High performing with QOF and CQC, low staff turnover.

• A Duty Doctor shift will be required.

• Consultations using Face-to-Face, telephone or via eConsultation methods.

• Start Dates are negotiable.

About the Practice:

• Strong multi-disciplinary team, including GPs, Nursing Staff, Pharmacists, and Paramedics.

• Well-managed work-plan with low home visits and minimal admin.
