Job description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Medical Receptionist to join a vibrant and up and coming Healthcare team in Croydon, Greater London. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be a vital role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth operation within the Practice.
Main duties will include:
Patient interaction either on the phone or in person
Maintain and update patient records securely and accurately
Liaise with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Prior use of Emis Web is essential.
