In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative team of GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Develop and implement patient-centred care plans.

• Prescribe medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines.

• Provide preventative healthcare advice and health promotion.

• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold best practices in clinical governance.
