Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations in person, by telephone, or via video for acute and chronic conditions.

• Develop and manage personalised care plans for patients.

• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.

• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement projects.

Requirements:
