Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultations: Provide face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Chronic Disease Management: Support patients with ongoing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
Preventative Care: Engage in health promotion, screening programmes, and lifestyle advice.
Prescribing: Safely prescribe medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the EMIS Web system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
GMC Registered GP with a licence to practise.
Experience in primary care settings.
Proficiency with EMIS Web for patient record management.
Strong communication, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
