About the Role:
In this role, you will be a key member of the clinical team, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. You will use your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently, working alongside a dedicated team of GPs, practice nurses, and healthcare assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Assessments: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, and develop personalised care plans.
Prescribing: Independently prescribe medications and treatments (V300 qualification required).
Urgent & Primary Care: Manage same-day appointments, minor illnesses, and urgent care cases.
Health Promotion: Educate patients on preventative healthcare, lifestyle changes, and chronic disease management.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver holistic patient care.
Patient Support: Offer compassionate and patient-centred care, ensuring the best outcomes for all patients.

Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification.
Independent Prescribing Qualification (V300).
Proven experience in primary care, urgent care, and chronic disease management.
Excellent clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
