In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care by managing acute and chronic conditions, performing clinical assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with minor illnesses, injuries, and long-term conditions.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.

• Independently prescribe medications (V300 qualification required).

• Provide health education and preventative care services.

• Support and mentor junior staff and nursing colleagues.

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse with ANP qualification.

• Independent Prescribing (V300).

• Experience in primary care, minor ailments, and chronic disease management.

• Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills.
