Salaried GP/Partner Position

Position Details:
Role: Salaried GP with a clear path to Partnership in 12-18 months.
Sessions: 6 per week – flexible on days (Monday essential).
Salary: £10,500 per session as Salaried GP // Up to 18K per session as Partner + Annual Profit Share.
Benefits: NHS Pension, 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave, free parking, Summer & Xmas parties, and Tier 2 sponsorship.
About the Practice:
Patient Base: 12,600 patients from diverse demographics, including a focus on Chronic Disease Management.
Training: GP Training Practice, actively teaching medical students and expanding trainee support.
Technology: Vision clinical system, MySurgery App, and a workflow-optimising practice.
Collaborative: Active members of the Cluster Team, with access to Urgent Care Centre.
