Pharmacy Technician (Rotational)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician (Rotational) to join the Pharmacy team in a leading private healthcare setting in London. Role Details:
Location: Central London (Near Bermdsey & South Bank areas)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Standard shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Late shifts: One evening per week (until 6:30 PM)
Weekend shifts: One Saturday per month (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Salary Range: £28,000 - £34,500 per annum
About the Role: As a Pharmacy Technician in this role, you will:
Support the operational management of core pharmacy services, including dispensaries, aseptic unit, procurement, and medicines distribution.
Contribute to stock control and management, including Omnicell inventory systems and medicines top-up across patient locations.
Assist in the day-to-day running of the Pharmacy, ensuring professional operational standards and excellence in pharmaceutical care.
Engage in patient services, such as dispensing and counselling outpatients and npatients, and managing patient queries.
You will report to the Head Pharmacy Technician and work closely with senior technicians and pharmacists, contributing to a team of approximately 33 members.
Requirements:
Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent.
A minimum of one year of experience as a qualified Pharmacy Technician.
