Mariann Cleverley brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership to her role as Director of Primary Care Partnerships at Celsus Group. With a wealth of expertise spanning urgent and primary care, governance, compliance, and strategic vision, Mariann is perfectly positioned to drive effective partnerships and innovative solutions in the ever-evolving landscape of primary care.
Before joining Celsus, Mariann has spent 14 years in senior leadership roles with IC24, where she managed urgent care services and led walk-in centres and GMS contracts in Sussex. Her hands-on experience with projects such as QOF, LCS, DES, and her role as a CQC-registered manager with an impeccable record in CQC assessments, highlights her strong track record in quality improvement, compliance, and change management. She has also been a key player in recruitment, talent management, and business development within primary care.
Mariann’s current expertise as a PCN Business Manager, with deep knowledge of ARRS, IIF, and DES, will be invaluable to Celsus Group as she leads the strategic vision for developing partnerships in primary care. Her extensive experience in governance, HR management, policy development, and contractual knowledge, including GMS contracts and TUPE, positions her as a pivotal leader in shaping the future of primary care with Celsus.
